If you are interested in applying for a non real estate loan with American Bank, below is a list of items you will need to gather to start your loan application process.
1. Financial Information
A salaried employee:
- Two years of W2 statements
- Two months of recent paystub
- Two years federal tax returns
Copies of Awards letter from Social Security or Veterans Administration for retirement of disabilities earnings (if applicable)
Copies of Current Military Earnings Statement (if applicable)
